We offer a range of delivery options including express delivery which is guaranteed next day when order is placed before 2pm Monday to Friday. 

We know the biggest concern when buying online is what happens if I want to return an item. At Tickled Pink we make returns simple. If you need to return an item simply email or call the team and complete the returns form. We aim to process all returns within 2 days of receiving your item because we don’t want you to be out of pocket.

All our range is carefully selected from our list of trusted suppliers. Our Tickled Pink experts are constantly scouting for new and exciting quality products. In the rare occasion that one of our products is faulty, we will stop selling that product while we instigate into the problem.

Is your website secure?

You can shop with confidence at TP Fancy Dress, knowing that transactions are protected by the highest level of security via SSL encryption. When you enter your sensitive customer information, the link between your PC and our server is encrypted using Industry standard methods. The http:/ website prefix that you see in the browser will change to https:/ when you are asked to enter personal information and payment details which means that the data is encrypted and secure.

Can I return my item?

Yes of course. Simply contact the TP team by phone or email within 14 days to explain why you want to make a return and then we will take it from there. Just make sure you return your item unworn, with all packaging intact and with the tags still attached.

Can I track my order?

This could not be easier. We send all orders with Royal Mail so you can track your order using the Royal Mail Tracking website (www.royalmail.com/track-your-item). You will receive tracking info via email when your order is dispatched or alternatively you can see tracking info when you sign into your account.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

We are happy to offer selection of delivery options to meet your needs:

Saver UK Delivery – This is 2nd Class Royal Mail delivery, which takes 4 to 5 working days for delivery. Delivery days are Monday to Friday. Cost £3.95.

Standard UK Delivery – This is 1st Class Royal Mail delivery, which takes 2 to 3 working days for delivery. Delivery days are Monday to Friday. Cost £4.95.

Express UK Delivery – This is ‘Special Delivery Guaranteed’ Royal Mail delivery, which takes 1 to 2 working days for delivery. Just make sure you place your order before 2.00pm Monday to Friday. Delivery days are Monday to Friday. Cost £8.95.

What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

We know how important it is that your parcel makes it on time and therefore we send all parcels ‘signed for’ delivery which will enable you to track your item. To do this, click on your shipment email, which will have your tracking reference number. Simply insert this reference number in the Royal Mail ‘track you item’ page (www.royalmail.com/track-your-item) and click ‘track item’.

How do I claim a price match?

Tickled Pink Fancy Dress are committed to selling fancy dress costumes and accessories at the best possible prices. We regularly check our competitor’s websites so we are confident that we are offering the best possible prices on all our products. We've also introduced Price Match on all our products which means that if you find the same product cheaper on any other website we will match the price subject to conditions.

To request a price match get in touch with the team via the ‘contact us’ page before making your purchase. You will need to provide evidence i.e. a link to the same product on a competitor's website for us to be able to process your request. We cannot issue a refund so please contact us before making your purchase. 

What payment options do you offer?

We want to make your shopping experience with Tickled Pink Fancy Dress (TP Fancy Dress) as easy and as safe as possible. We have a range of payment methods and accept all major credit and debit cards and PayPal.

Can I cancel an order online?

In some circumstances we may be able to cancel your order, so please contact us straight away. However, if you've received email confirmation that your order has already been dispatched or delivered, then you’ll need to follow our returns procedure, please click on the following link.

What happens if I receive a faulty item?

We hope that you will never receive a faulty item, but from time to time these things happen. We encourage you to contact us straight away, if you have received a faulty item, to allow us time to do our best to help rectify the situation.
