Returns

We've introduced a simple returns policy so that you don't need to worry. 

Items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 working days from date of purchase. Please ensure that the items are returned unworn and with packaging and tags intact. Items returned within 30 calendar days maybe exchanged for store credit only.   

To return items, please contact our customer services team via email or telephone advising why you want to return. We will provide a Returns Authorisation Number which you should write on the original dispatch note and place inside the parcel with the item you wish to return. Please note returns exclusions detailled at the bottom of this page. 

Pack your items in their original packaging (including header card) and post to the address below.

We strongly recommend that you post returns using a 'signed for' delivery service as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit. 

We regret that we cannot refund outbound or return shipping, packaging and insurance costs unless the item is faulty. 

If you wish to cancel an order or part of an order before it is shipped, please contact us immediately. You will not be charged any penalty and your payment method will be cancelled. If the order has been picked and dispacthed you will need to follow the returns process outlined above. 

Extra details

• All goods will be fully inspected by ourselves upon receipt, for signs of wear and sabotage and we will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
• TP Fancy Dress will refund or exchange the returned goods at the original price paid at time of order excluding postage and packaging.
• All refunds will be processed within 30 calendar days from receipt of goods to our warehouse. We make best efforts to process refunds within one week of receipt of item to our warehouse however, at busy periods we cannot guarentee this. Please note that we will not be held liable for any interest payment that you may incur because any refund was made outside of your credit/debit card timescales.

Exclusions

• Costumes that have been opened or show signs of wear will not be entitled to a full refund. We inspect all costumes that are returned to our warehouse and will contact you to discuss any issues.  
• Due to the nature of our business, some items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, items such as make-up and face paint, stockings and tights, underwear, wigs and masks.
